Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed through the kiosk or online system and payment is completed, the order is considered confirmed.
A confirmation message or receipt will be provided on-screen or via the registered contact method.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before food preparation begins.
Once preparation has started, cancellation is not permitted due to the nature of freshly prepared food.
Cancellation requests must be made immediately at the store counter or by contacting staff.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
The store is unable to fulfill the order due to ingredient shortage or operational issues
A system error results in duplicate payment
The wrong item was prepared due to store error
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Failure to pick up the order
Delays caused by customer arrival time
Incorrect order placed by the customer

4. Method of Refund

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (card company, platform, etc.).
Cash refunds may not be available for card or digital payments.

5. Order Modifications

Requests to modify menu items, options, or quantities after order confirmation may not be accepted.
Please carefully review your order before completing payment.

6. Contact for Order Issues

If you experience any issues with your order, please notify our staff as soon as possible after receiving your food.
